13.8 stone ...

Except Friday is my bad day so I may need to do lots of exercise to burn off the omelette with cheese, sag paneer sub and chicken kebab ...

Lost a stone :D

I did it!! Might be because I went out on Thursday and spent most of the night dancing, rather than drinking!!

Next goal is another stone in another two weeks :D :D

Eating out healthy

Eating out and only had beans and cheese jacket potato with coleslaw and salad, nice to know it's possible to eat out healthily!!

Note:

One glass of water = 250 ml.

Goal is 2000 ml (8 glasses of water).

Weigh in on a Friday

Lost 2.5 pounds yesterday :D Thought I'd weigh myself so I didn't have to worry too much this weekend :) I have a unpointable dinner tonight - pub meal type thing.

Note to self: Steak and cheese subway LUSH and only 6 points. Cheese salad from the coop 6.5 points!!

Cheeky weigh in ... 2 pounds lost yeah!!

Lost 2 pounds ... Yeah!! Shouldn't weigh in before Monday though : bad me!!

Anyways, I have a meal at a non findable in any weight watchers meal type pub lunch, so here is what I am going for.

1. No fried meal, with no extra cheese.

2. No chips as a side dish, have jacket potatoes or peas.

3.Go for pasta in tomato not creamy sauce, and chicken but without the skin.

4. Fish: no fried, only grilled or smoked.

5. Drinks : single vodka and coke (drinks list to be added later).

6. Call it 10 points and don't eat that much all day!!

Is 21 points enough?

I've gone back to my old system of 21 points but am wondering if this is enough ... Constantly hungry and weigh over a stone and a half more than last time I did it.

Also bingeing alot ... Albeit on healthy food.

On the plus side I do feel good!! Definitely feel like I've at least lost a little bit of weight :D Will see on Monday :D xx

Monday 9 January 2012

Fishsticks - the way forward.

Also fishsticks - 3 for half a point. Will add it to my snacks list later. A food binge feels like a bit of a con when it's just fishsticks and weight watchers snacks!

Best new snack ever!

Okay so exercise proved a fail, as uni work is starting to take over my life, but I found a great new snack! Wafer ham (3 of them) and Philly is two points if you wrap it all up into little parcels! Yum.

Weigh in.

So, 14.9 stone ... pretty much what I was expecting, but I was quite shocked to read it on the scales all the same. Obviously need to do some kind of exercise today! At least I've been doing a sort of mock weight watchers all this week, hopefully I'll lose a bit this week, and the next, and the next ...

Can only be the start of good things I hope!

Exercise...

Note to self, will also have to exercise next week ... not sure if the walk to the University Library Counts as exercise (it is a half hour walk there and half hour back ... an hours worth of exercise?).

Day before the weigh in ... AAAHH!!!

Okay so the comment above may be a tad dramatic ... I've been on a 'trial' for a week where I eat the food without the weigh in and its gone okay ... I'm doing it on the old points system and its working quite well...

1. A good cheese substitute is cheesy doritos (2.5 points) or extra low fat philly (1 points for a teaspoon) I will see how these work after a week!

2.Single vodka and coke is only 1 point - this is yet to be trialed as a decent drink on a night out ...

3. Those little milky way bars (not the milky bar kid ones - those are BAD!) are only a point for 1 and are very addictive!

4. For a pret a manger addict those little half sandwiches are deceptive at 3 points (CON) but the sweet and sour popcorn is 2 points and is really REALLY lovely.

5. If you keep eating carrots as snacks (I mean like WHOLE carrots a 0 points) you start to feel like bug bunny.

6. Weight watchers pizzas and cornettos taste like the real thing.

7. Subway (apart from the meatball one) is a good healthy option, especially the veggie delite!

Anyways, that is what I have learnt from previous past weight watchers attempts and my lovely boyfriend, that lost 7 stone through the weight watchers system.

I am going to weigh myself tommorrow and hopefully it won't be as bad as I think ...
